The rules for using thesealedselector.com. They are short, and we mean every line.
Who runs this site
The Sealed Selector, a cricket card series run by one person in the United Kingdom. Contact: thesealedselector@gmail.com.
What the site is
A record of the series: every card opened on camera, the four XIs, and the numbers behind them. It is free to read. Everything on it is for entertainment and information.
No values, no advice
Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. No card here is given a price or a value, and nothing here says any card or product is worth buying. The spend shown is what the series paid for its own packs, nothing more.
The cards and the content
- Card designs, logos and player images printed on the cards belong to their makers and rights holders (including Futera, Topps and Blindside). They appear here only to record what was opened. The Sealed Selector is not affiliated with or endorsed by any card maker, team, league or board.
- The photographs, words, graphics, the pack-tick mark and the name The Sealed Selector are ours. You are welcome to link to any page and to share a page's preview. Please ask before reusing our photographs or graphics anywhere else.
- Player facts come from the sources shown beside them. If one is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
Using the site
Please don't try to break, overload or scrape the site at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. "Pick your XI" is for fun: it never changes the series' teams, and your picks stay in your own browser.
Other sites
We link to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and the sources of our facts. Those sites have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep every count right, but the site is provided as it is, and it may change, pause or contain mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The analytics app
The Sealed Selector's analytics app uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. It reads only our own accounts; our privacy notice explains how.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is in our privacy notice.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have where you live.
